Janice Odorizzi joined the staff of our predecessor firm in 1962 and has been Ralph
Froehling’s legal assistant ever since. Her primary emphasis today is preparation
of the documents required for estate planning, such as wills, trusts and powers
of attorney, as well as pleadings for probate. She is also proficient at preparing
tax returns, including federal, state and estate returns. Janice spends the winters
in Florida.

Shirley Kozelichki has over 30 years’ experience as a legal assistant. Having worked
for Ralph Froehling many years ago, she re-joined our predecessor firm in 2000 after
retiring from another local law firm. Shirley serves as Ralph’s legal assistant
during the winter months while Janice is in Florida. She has extensive experience
in probate, estate planning, contracts and civil litigation.

Susan Bacon joined the staff of our predecessor firm in 1991, after completing a
2-year program at Spoon River College where she ranked first in her class. She is
Ron Weber’s legal assistant. Her primary emphasis is assisting clients with estate
planning and preparation of trusts, wills and powers of attorney, as well as preparing
probate and civil litigation pleadings. Susan prepares most of the federal and state
income tax and the estate tax returns for the firm. She also shares responsibilities
in our accounting department.

Dixie Kovachevich joined our predecessor firm in 1998 and is currently one of our
real estate paralegals. Dixie assists Ron Weber by managing his real estate matters,
preparing title commitments, closing documents and title insurance policies. She
has a strong background in real estate, having previously been employed by a real
estate agency, possessing a diverse knowledge of the many types of real estate transactions.
Dixie has also completed real estate classes at Spoon River College. She worked
for our predecessor firm from 1987-1996, returning in 1998 because she enjoyed her
work here so much.

Judy Organiscak joined our predecessor firm in 2004, having worked as a legal assistant
in Wisconsin and locally for 43 years. She currently is assistant to Nancy Schell,
Nathan Ihnes and Gene Taylor, focusing primarily on pleadings prepared in the areas
of probate and civil litigation, as well as estate planning documentation.

Eileen Pollitt joined our predecessor firm in 2007 to work as a real estate assistant.
She has had many years of customer service experience, which is a great asset to
the firm, especially in the real estate department. Eileen prepares title commitments,
closing documents and title insurance policies, as well as conducts closings, for
Nancy Schell and Ron Weber.

Misty Shockley joined out predecessor firm in early 2008 as receptionist. She has
14 years of customer service experience and is proficient on the computer. She makes
greeting clients and answering their calls her top priority, keeps track of our
attorneys and sets their appointments. Misty opens new client files, follows all
bankruptcy cases for our creditor clients, oversees storage and archiving of all
files, prepares annual reports and minutes for our corporate clients and supervises
and schedules all collections matters handled by our attorneys.
